The right material changes more than the surface.

Material decisions begin early in every DRAUMIA project because they influence far more than appearance. We compare samples in context, study how stone veining and timber grain will run across larger surfaces, coordinate adjoining finishes and consider how every material will be touched, cleaned, exposed to light and experienced over time. Colour and texture matter, but so do junctions, edge details, reflectivity, maintenance and ageing. By resolving these relationships as part of the wider interior, we create material palettes that feel layered without becoming busy, refined without becoming precious, and natural to the home rather than applied to it.
